Project Guide

    • All re-roof customers must submit a deposit for materials, except for repairs or those with escrow or pre-arranged terms. You can pay via ACH from your invoice or arrange a check pickup.

    • To change your shingle color, check the ‘Roof Scope’ section of your invoice for your shingle brand, then use the corresponding link below. Enter your zip code and select the correct product type to view available colors:

    • Enter your color choice on the Contract attached to your Invoice. If selecting a new color and need samples, let us know.

    • Once we receive your deposit and color choice, we’ll take it from there!

    • These instructions do not apply to repairs or hand-load projects.

    • Before work begins, an independent supplier will deliver materials, placing them on the roof, ground, or both based on access. Please move vehicles from the driveway and garage the night before, as the supplier will need about an hour for roof-loads.

    • While we can’t provide exact ETAs, no one needs to be present for delivery.

    • If possible, plan to be away during the project, as the tear-off phase is loud and messy.

    • Before work begins, clear items within 15 feet of the roof edge and move vehicles from the driveway and garage the night before.

    • Our crew arrives at sunrise to maximize productivity, usually finishing by midday but sometimes working until sunset.

    • While we’ll clean thoroughly, inspect before walking and hold any cleanliness concerns until the final sweep. If staying on-site, watch for falling debris and be cautious.

    • For safety, keep kids and pets indoors and check gates before letting pets outside.

    • A team member will check cleanliness, collect extra materials or ladders, and ensure everything is in order.

    • If no insurance funds are owed, pay your remaining balance from your Invoice. If funds are owed, send your Invoice to your insurer to release depreciation, then settle once received.

    • You’ll receive confirmation of your manufacturer warranty registration soon—contact us if not. Our separate workmanship warranty requires no action on your part.

    • A team member will check for cleanliness, collect extra materials, our inspection ladders, and ensure everything is in order.

    • If no insurance funds are owed, you can pay your remaining balance from your Invoice. If funds are owed, download your Invoice, send it to your insurer to release depreciation, and settle once received.

    • You’ll receive confirmation of your manufacturer warranty registration soon—contact us if not. Our separate workmanship warranty requires no action on your part.
